Conseil de Communauté
Le Conseil de Communauté se compose de 84 membres titulaires, désignés par les conseillers municipaux de chaque commune membre, et de 73 suppléants. Les textes prévoient un délégué par commune et, à partir de 1000 habitants, un délégué supplémentaire par tranche de 5000 habitants.
Le Conseil de Communauté adopte, après débat, les décisions les plus importantes. Il vote le budget et décide des grands projets. Il se réunit une fois par mois en séances publiques, dans la salle du conseil municipal de la Mairie d’Orléans.
